Winter Arc Tracker Sheet for Girls (Free PDF Download)
Free winter arc tracker sheet PDF for girls: 6 printable pages for 1 Oct to 31 Dec 2026, with a habit grid, weekly check-in, glow log and 92-day streak.
This is a free winter arc tracker sheet for girls: a 6-page printable PDF covering 1 October to 31 December 2026, all 92 days. It has a commitment page for your why and your non-negotiables, one habit grid per month (October, November, December) with 8 habit rows and an "all done today?" row, a 13-week check-in with a glow log, and a 92-day flower streak you colour in. Download the winter arc tracker PDF (girls edition, A4, free), print it, and stick the month you are on somewhere you see every morning.
Winter arc tracker PDF: what is inside
Six A4 landscape pages, pastel on white so it prints cleanly on a home printer (it also scales to US Letter with "fit to page"):
- My winter arc. Your why ("who am I becoming by New Year?"), five numbered non-negotiables, the four rules of the arc, a "Day 1 me" and "Day 92 me" box and a line to sign.
- October 2026 habit tracker. Days 1 to 31 with the weekday under each date, weekends shaded pink, 8 habit rows and a monthly total column.
- November 2026. Days 32 to 61.
- December 2026. Days 62 to 92, so the sheet ends on New Year's Eve.
- Weekly check-in and glow log. Thirteen Sunday rows (weight, energy, sleep, a skin or cycle note, a self-care win, one thing to fix), a glow log for waist, hips, weight, steps and mood on 1 Oct, 1 Nov, 1 Dec and 31 Dec, and progress-photo boxes.
- 92-day streak. One flower per day to colour when you hit every non-negotiable, plus the 31 December honest review.
Winter arc plan for women: the habits already on the sheet
The October to December grids come with seven habits printed in, the ones that show up most on girls' winter arc lists, plus one blank row for your own:
- Move 30 minutes (pilates, a walk or the gym all count)
- Up before 7
- 2 litres of water
- Skincare morning and night
- Read 10 pages
- No phone in bed
- Protein at every meal
You do not have to keep ours. Cross any out and write your own above it; that is why the rows are wide. The commitment page asks for five non-negotiables on purpose, and three is fine for a first arc. The winter arc has no official rules (it is a self-set challenge from 1 October to 31 December, see what is winter arc), so the sheet is built around the only rules that make it work: pick habits you can keep on your worst day, never miss twice, no resets and post nothing until January. If you want a ready list, our winter arc challenge rules for girls has one.
How to use the winter arc tracker sheet
- Fill in page 1 tonight. Your why and your non-negotiables, in pen. If it takes more than ten minutes, you have too many.
- Print the current month and put it where you brush your teeth or on the inside of your wardrobe door. A tracker in a drawer stops getting ticked by day ten.
- Tick once, at night. Same time every evening, two minutes, then colour the round "all done today?" circle only if every habit is done.
- Sunday: the check-in row. Five minutes, numbers not feelings. Weigh in only if that helps you; the skin, energy and sleep columns are there so the scale is not the only number.
- Missed a day? Leave the box empty and do tomorrow properly. The grid is a record, not a test; an honest gap beats a fake tick.
- Last day of the month: fill the three boxes under the grid (best day, what made me miss, next month I will) and colour that month's flowers on page 6.
Started late? Your winter arc tracker still works
Most people find a winter arc tracker in the first or second week of October, not on the 1st. Write your real start date on page 1, grey out the days before it and start ticking today. Day numbers on the grid are calendar days, so they never lie about where you are. A 70-day arc you finish is worth more than a perfect 92 you never start.
Winter arc tracker app vs paper
Paper is visible: a sheet on the mirror gets seen whether you went looking for it or not. Its weak spot is being away from home; a weekend trip and the boxes stay empty, and three ghost days later most paper trackers are abandoned. That is the case for keeping both: the printable at home and the habits on your phone.
Bloom is our challenge app for exactly this. It has a built-in Winter Arc program (60 days, five daily rituals: train with no negotiating, up before 7, nothing posted today, cold shower, asleep by 11), or you build your own challenge from the habits on this sheet. You get daily reminders, a calendar of every day you showed up, a streak that survives a single missed day instead of resetting, and an accountability partner who checks in. It is free to start on Android and iPhone, and the QR code on page 6 of the PDF opens it.
Common questions
Is there a free winter arc tracker PDF?
Yes. The girls edition on this page is free, with no email or sign-up: a 6-page A4 PDF with three monthly habit grids, a weekly check-in and a 92-day streak page. There is also a boys edition in black and ice blue.
Can girls do the winter arc challenge?
Yes. The winter arc is not a male challenge; it is any self-set run of daily habits from 1 October to 31 December. Girls' versions tend to mix training with sleep, skincare, reading and phone rules, which is what this sheet is built for.
What should a winter arc daily checklist include?
Three to five habits you can pass or fail every day: one for movement, one for sleep or waking, one for food or water, and one for your mind (reading, journaling, no phone in bed). Add a fifth only if the first four are easy by week two.
How many days is the winter arc?
92 days: 31 in October, 30 in November and 31 in December. The PDF numbers them 1 to 92 across the three monthly grids.
Can I use the sheet in Notion or GoodNotes instead of printing it?
Yes. The PDF imports into GoodNotes, Notability or any PDF app that lets you write on pages, which makes it a digital winter arc planner without a Notion template.
The short version
Download the free winter arc tracker sheet PDF, write your why and three to five non-negotiables on page 1, print the month you are on and tick it every night. Check in on Sundays, colour a flower for every perfect day and fill the honest review on 31 December. For the days you are not at home, keep the same habits in Bloom.
