How do I get help with one of your apps?
Email us at riekapps@gmail.com with the app name and a short description of the issue. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Send the app name, your device model, and the steps to reproduce it to riekapps@gmail.com. A screenshot or screen recording helps us fix things faster.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by the App Store and Google Play, so refunds are processed through them directly. If you run into trouble, email us and we'll do our best to help.
How can I delete my account or data?
Many of our apps include a built-in delete option, and you can also reach the account-deletion page from each app's support page. Still stuck? Just email riekapps@gmail.com.
