RizzAI – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance Of Terms

These terms are between you and RiekApps and cover RizzAI - Dating Replies Helper (“RizzAI” or “the App”) for Android and iOS. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Downloading the App from Google Play or the App Store is additionally governed by that store’s own terms.

2. Description Of Service

RizzAI is an AI-powered app that generates replies, openers, quick lines and conversation starters for dating and social contexts, decodes what a message might mean, and offers a practice chat, in a choice of persona voices. The App is intended for entertainment and assistance purposes only. AI features run only after you agree to the in-app AI data consent; how your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use RizzAI. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use RizzAI to:

• Harass, abuse or harm other people.
• Send unsolicited or spam messages.
• Engage in any illegal activity.
• Misrepresent your identity or intentions.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

If the App produces something inappropriate, you can report it in Settings → Report inappropriate content.

5. AI-Generated Content

All content generated by RizzAI is created by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the appropriateness, accuracy or effectiveness of any generated content. Read it before you send it: you are solely responsible for how you use it.

6. Subscriptions And Payments

• Free users receive a limited number of generations per day.
• RizzAI Pro is offered as Pro Weekly, Pro Yearly (with a 3-day free trial) and Pro Lifetime, a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial for Pro Yearly.
• Pro Weekly and Pro Yearly renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.

7. Apple EULA

If you use RizzAI on iPhone or iPad, your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features and content (excluding content you submit), is owned by RiekApps and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer Of Warranties

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiekApps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you have consumer rights in your country, these terms do not take them away.

11. Changes To Terms

We may modify these terms at any time; the revised version is published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.
