RizzAI – Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026 · RizzAI - Dating Replies Helper for Android and iOS, provided by RiekApps

Key Points

  • Before any AI feature is used, the app shows an “AI data consent” dialog. Nothing is sent to the AI until you tap “I Agree”, and you can withdraw that consent at any time in Settings.
  • When you ask for a reply, opener, line, decode or practice message, the text and screenshots you submit, plus an anonymous device ID, are sent to RizzAI’s servers and to OpenRouter, which routes the request to an AI model provider such as Anthropic or Meta.
  • That data is used only to generate your response and to run the service, such as counting your free daily uses. Screenshots are not stored.
  • There is no account. We do not collect your name, email address, location or contacts.
  • Subscriptions are paid through Apple or Google; RevenueCat tells the app whether you have Pro. We never see your card details.
  • RizzAI is for adults 18 and over.
  • Contact: riekapps@gmail.com

1. Overview

RizzAI - Dating Replies Helper (“RizzAI”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is an app by RiekApps for Android and iOS that uses AI to write dating-app replies, openers and quick lines, to decode what a message might mean, and to let you practise a chat, in a choice of persona voices. This policy explains what information the app sends, who receives it, what it is used for and the choices you have. It covers the RizzAI apps and the RizzAI service at rizzai.riekapps.com.

The AI features only work by sending what you submit to an AI model. So before you use any of them for the first time, the app shows an “AI data consent” dialog that explains what will be sent and to whom. Nothing is sent to RizzAI’s servers or to any AI provider until you tap “I Agree”. If you do not agree, the AI features stay off.

You can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings → AI data sharing consent. Once withdrawn, the app stops sending anything to the AI until you agree again.

3. Information We Collect

  • Anonymous device ID — a random identifier for your installation, used to manage usage quotas and provide the service. It is not linked to your name or any account.
  • Usage counts — how many generations you have used, so the free daily limits can be applied.
  • Text you submit — message text, conversation context, topics and persona choices, sent when you ask for an AI-generated reply, opener, line, decode or practice message.
  • Screenshots (temporary) — when you use a screenshot feature, the image is sent to the AI service for analysis. It is processed in real time to produce your response and is not stored on our servers.
  • Subscription status — whether you have an active Pro plan, provided through RevenueCat (section 7).

4. Information We Do Not Collect

  • Your name, email address, phone number or other contact information. There is no RizzAI account.
  • A persistent conversation history tied to your identity.
  • Your location.
  • Your contacts or other phone data.

5. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate the response you asked for and to provide and maintain the service.
  • To manage your usage quotas (free tier limits), counted by device ID.
  • To process in-app purchases and check your subscription status.
  • To keep the service working well and improve the quality of its responses.

6. Who Receives Your Data

Data is shared only to generate your responses and operate the service, and only after you have agreed in the app. It goes to:

  • RizzAI servers (api.rizzai.riekapps.com), run by RiekApps — receive your request and device ID, count your usage and pass the request on.
  • OpenRouter — an AI routing provider that receives the text and screenshots you submit and routes the request to a model provider. See OpenRouter’s Privacy Policy.
  • AI model providers via OpenRouter — for example Anthropic and Meta — process the request to generate the output.
  • RevenueCat — manages subscription status (section 7).
  • Apple and Google — distribute the app and process payments through the App Store and Google Play.

Every third party that receives your data provides the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this policy. We do not sell your data.

7. Subscriptions And Payments

RizzAI offers Pro Weekly, Pro Yearly (with a 3-day free trial) and a one-time Pro Lifetime purchase. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms; RiekApps never receives your card or bank details. RevenueCat processes your purchase and subscription status so the app knows whether Pro is unlocked. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy, Apple’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

8. Notifications

The app can show an optional daily reminder. It is a local notification scheduled on your phone; no data is sent to schedule it. The app asks for notification permission after onboarding; you can decline, or turn notifications off later in your phone’s settings.

9. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS.

10. Your Choices And Rights

You can withdraw AI data consent in Settings → AI data sharing consent, clear the lines you have saved in Settings → Clear saved lines, turn off notifications in your phone’s settings, or uninstall the app. Purchases and subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account. If you have a question or a request under a privacy law that applies to you — for example the GDPR or the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act — write to riekapps@gmail.com and we will answer it.

11. Children

RizzAI is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has used the app, write to us and we will help.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version is published on this page with a new effective date.
