Common questions
Why does the app ask for “AI data consent”?
RizzAI writes replies by sending what you submit — the text, and the screenshot if you use one — with an anonymous device ID to RizzAI’s servers and to OpenRouter, which passes it to an AI model provider such as Anthropic or Meta. The dialog tells you this before anything is sent, and nothing leaves the phone until you tap “I Agree”. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → AI data sharing consent; the AI features then stay off until you agree again.
I hit the free daily limit
Free users get a limited number of generations each day, counted per device. The count resets the next day. If you want to keep going, RizzAI Pro removes the daily limit — choose Pro Weekly, Pro Yearly (with a 3-day free trial) or a one-time Pro Lifetime purchase on the upgrade screen.
Restoring a purchase on a new phone
There is no RizzAI account — Pro is tied to the Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. On the new phone, sign in to the same store account, open RizzAI and tap Restore purchases on the upgrade screen. If Pro still does not appear, write to us with the store receipt’s order number.
Cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by the store, not inside the app, and deleting the app does not cancel them. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RizzAI → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RizzAI → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
A screenshot reply did not read the chat well
The AI reads the chat from the image, so it needs to see it clearly. Use a full, uncropped screenshot of the conversation with the last few messages visible, avoid blurry or very zoomed-out captures, and make sure the message you want to answer is on screen. If it still misreads, paste the message text instead — text gives the most accurate replies.
Reporting an inappropriate reply
AI-generated text can occasionally be off. If you see something offensive or inappropriate, report it in Settings → Report inappropriate content, and tell us what you asked for and what came back. Never send a line you are not comfortable with — you decide what goes out.
Deleting saved lines
Lines you save are kept in the app on your phone. To remove them all, go to Settings → Clear saved lines. Uninstalling the app removes them too.
Report a problem
Write to riekapps@gmail.com and mention your phone model, OS version and whether you are on iOS or Android. For a reply that went wrong, describe what you asked for and which feature you used — Reply, Opener, Decoder or Practice chat.
No account needed, and nothing is sent to the AI until you agree in the app. RizzAI is for adults 18+; see the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
