Common questions

This PDF wants a password

Quicksign will ask you for it. The password is used to open Quicksign’s own working copy and is then forgotten — it is never stored, and never included in a support email. Your original file keeps its password; Quicksign does not write to it.

My signature landed in the wrong place

Drag the mark to move it, and drag the dot at its corner to resize or rotate it. Pinch anywhere on the page to resize the selected mark. Guides appear as you approach the centre of the page or a one-inch margin, so a mark can be lined up without eyeballing it.

The exported file looks different from the editor

It should not — Quicksign exports at the document’s own resolution from the same coordinates the editor uses. If you see a difference, please write in and say which page and which mark; that is a bug worth fixing quickly.

I have run out of free exports

The free plan allows a set number of signed documents each month, and the count resets at the start of the next month. Quicksign Pro removes the limit, along with the limits on saved signatures and on how many documents stay in the library.

Restore Quicksign Pro

Open Settings and choose Restore purchases, signed in to the same Google account used for the original purchase. If you installed the app outside Google Play, Play cannot see the purchase — install from Play and try again.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, so they are changed and cancelled there. Settings has a shortcut straight to the Play subscription page for Quicksign.

My documents disappeared after a reinstall

Documents live in the app’s private storage on your device, not on a server. Uninstalling removes them. If Android’s backup is switched on for Quicksign, restoring the phone or the app from your Google account brings them back.

Report a problem

In Quicksign, open Settings and choose Contact us. Quicksign opens an email to riekapps@gmail.com with the app version, Android version, device, plan and recent error and crash history already filled in. There are no document names or file contents in it, and you can read and edit the whole message before sending.

Documents are opened, signed and exported on your device — Quicksign has no account and no server to upload them to. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
