Quicksign – Terms of Use

1. Your Documents

You keep every right you had in the documents you open in Quicksign and in the signed files it produces. RiekApps claims no licence over them, receives no copy of them, and could not produce one if asked — the files never leave your device by way of Quicksign.

2. What a Quicksign Signature Is

This section matters more than any other on this page, so it is stated plainly.

Quicksign takes the signature you drew, typed or photographed and places it onto a document, then writes a new file with it in place. That is what it does, and it is all it does. Quicksign does not:

• apply a cryptographic or certificate-based digital signature;
• verify who you are, or who anyone else in the document is;
• issue a certificate, audit trail, tamper-evident seal or trusted timestamp;
• witness, notarise or attest to anything.

Whether an electronically signed document is binding depends on the law where you are, on the kind of document, and sometimes on what the other party will accept. Some documents — wills, certain property instruments, some court filings — require a handwritten signature or a witness in many places. RiekApps makes no representation that a file signed in Quicksign satisfies any particular legal requirement, and Quicksign is not legal advice. If it matters, check what your situation requires before you rely on it.

3. Reviewing Your Output

Open the signed file and look at it before you send it. Confirm that every mark is on the page you meant, in the position you meant, and that nothing important is covered. You are responsible for the content of any document you sign and send.

4. Storage Is Not Backup

Your documents, working copies and saved signatures live in Quicksign's private storage on your device. RiekApps holds no copy. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or losing the device removes them. Android's own backup may keep a copy in your Google account if you have it switched on, but that is Google's feature and Google's to guarantee, not ours. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

5. The Free Plan and Quicksign Pro

Quicksign is free to use, and the free plan is a real one: every signing tool is included, nothing is watermarked, and no feature is locked behind a purchase. What the free plan limits is volume — a set number of signed documents each month, one saved signature and one set of initials, and the most recent documents kept in the library.

Quicksign Pro removes those limits. It is a single purchase, not a subscription: you pay once, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. The price is shown in the app before you buy, and it is what governs the purchase. Billing runs through Google Play, and the purchase is tied to the Google account that made it — reinstalling, or signing in on another device with the same account, restores it at no further cost. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy; RiekApps cannot charge or refund a Play purchase on your behalf.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use Quicksign to:

• sign in another person's name without their authority, or reproduce a signature that is not yours to use;
• alter a document in a way intended to deceive the person receiving it;
• forge, falsify or backdate a record;
• do anything unlawful where you are.

7. Availability and Liability

Quicksign is provided as-is. RiekApps works to keep it correct and reliable, but does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change between versions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiekApps is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including losses arising from a document that was signed, sent or relied upon.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as Quicksign changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date before the version they describe is released.
