Never Have I Ever – Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms apply to the Never Have I Ever app (“the app”) provided by RiekApps. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, uninstall the app. The Privacy Policy explains what the app sends and stores.

2. Adults Only And Responsible Play

  • You must be 18 or older, and of legal drinking age where you live if you play the drinking version. Everyone you play with must be too.
  • The cards are prompts for a game between consenting adults. Skip any card, and stop whenever anyone wants to.
  • Drink responsibly or play without alcohol. Never drink and drive, and do not do anything unsafe or illegal where you are.

3. Licence

RiekApps gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app or its question decks, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows this despite these Terms.

4. Purchases

  • Two decks are free. A one-time purchase unlocks every premium deck, including decks added later. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is taken by Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play’s rules. Settings → Restore purchase brings your decks back on a new phone signed in to the same Google account.

5. Changes To The App

We may change, add or remove questions, decks and features to improve the app.

6. Disclaimers And Liability

The app is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, RiekApps gives no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any question will suit you.

You are responsible for what you choose to do while playing. As far as the law allows, RiekApps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

7. Changes

If these Terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new Terms.
