Decks, your language choice, unlocked decks and settings are stored on your phone.
The game is played out loud; nothing you or your friends answer is recorded or uploaded.

Google Analytics for Firebase records anonymous usage events (for example which screen or category was opened, app version, device model, OS version, country and an app-instance ID) so we can see which features are used. It is not linked to your name or email, and we do not sell it.
Firebase Crashlytics sends a crash report when the app crashes: the error, device model, OS version, app version and an installation ID. We use it only to fix bugs.

Purchases are made through Google Play. The store processes the payment; RiekApps never sees or stores your card or payment details, only whether a purchase is active so the app can unlock it.

If you allow notifications, the app schedules occasional reminders on your device. They are created locally; no push token is sent to RiekApps. You can turn them off in your phone’s settings.

No advertising, no account, and no access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or location.

You can delete everything the app keeps on your phone by clearing its storage or uninstalling it.
You can reset or limit your advertising ID and app permissions at any time in your device settings.
To ask what data relates to you, or to have it deleted, email riekapps@gmail.com with the subject "Never Have I Ever privacy". We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have further rights, which we honour.

Never Have I Ever is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we will delete any related data.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date above. Material changes are also noted in the app’s release notes.
