MagicBoard – Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms apply to the MagicBoard keyboard app (“the app”) provided by RiekApps. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, uninstall the app. The Privacy Policy explains how the app handles what you type.

2. Licence

RiekApps gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not:

• copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app;
• reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this despite these Terms;
• use the AI service other than through the app, automate requests to it, or try to get around its limits;
• use the app to break the law or anyone else’s rights, or to create spam, harassment or abuse.

3. AI Features

• Accuracy. AI writer, Fix grammar, Reply and Translate are produced by an AI model. They can be wrong, change your meaning, or produce something you would not want to send. Check every result before you use it, and do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety matters.
• Fair use. Each phone can make a limited number of AI requests per hour, and the service has an overall daily limit. When a limit is reached the app says so; try again later. Typing and all on-device features keep working.
• Availability. The AI service needs an internet connection and may sometimes be busy or unavailable.
• Your text. Send only text you have the right to process. It is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your Content

What you type, and the results of the AI features once you use them, are yours. RiekApps claims no rights in them. You are responsible for what you write and send.

5. Changes To The App

We may change, add or remove features to improve the app, including the AI model behind the AI features.

6. Disclaimers And Liability

The app is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, RiekApps gives no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that suggestions, corrections or AI results will be accurate.

As far as the law allows, RiekApps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for messages sent with wrong suggestions, corrections or AI results. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

7. Changes

If these Terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new Terms.
