Dirty Dice – Terms of Use

1. This Agreement

These terms are between you and RiekApps and cover the Dirty Dice apps for Android and iOS. By using Dirty Dice you agree to them; if you don’t, please uninstall the app. Downloading it from Google Play or the App Store is also governed by that store’s own terms.

2. Adults Only, Always Consensual

Dirty Dice contains suggestive content for couples. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use it, and you confirm this when the app first opens. Only play with another adult who has chosen to play with you.

The dice suggest; you decide. Talk about limits before you start, agree on a word that means “stop”, and skip any dare either of you doesn’t want. Never pressure anyone, and never play with someone who can’t freely say no — for example because they are asleep, drunk or otherwise impaired.

3. What Dirty Dice Is (And Isn’t)

Dirty Dice is a game of romantic and playful dares for couples. It is not medical, sexual-health or relationship advice. Use common sense: mind allergies (oils, ice, food), skin and comfort, and stop if anything hurts. You are responsible for how and where you play, including keeping play private.

4. Playing Apart (Rooms)

Rooms let two phones roll the same dice, for example on a video call. A room opens only with its 6-character code, so share the code or invite link only with your partner. The name you type is shown to whoever joins. Rooms end automatically after 24 hours. Joining a room is free; the host’s purchases decide which decks can be played in it.

5. Your Own Dice

You can write your own action and body dice. What you write stays on your phone and is your responsibility: don’t put anything illegal, hateful or about anyone who hasn’t agreed into a deck. If you host a room with one of your decks, its faces are shared with your partner for that game. Free play includes one deck with up to 6 faces per die; an unlock or Pro allows more.

6. Unlocks And Dirty Dice Pro

Depending on your store and version of the app, Dirty Dice offers:

• One-time unlocks — pay once to unlock decks for good. They are tied to your store account, not a Dirty Dice account.
• Dirty Dice Pro (where offered) — a weekly or yearly subscription that includes every deck, the Friday deck, the AI deck maker, unlimited own dice and hosting any deck in a room. Introductory prices, when shown, are for new subscribers and switch to the regular price shown in the app after the offer period.

Prices are shown in the app in your store’s currency before you buy. Billing runs through Google Play or the App Store: a subscription renews automatically until you cancel it there (uninstalling the app does not cancel it), you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and refunds follow the store’s rules. When Pro ends, its features lock again; decks you wrote stay on your phone. Use “Restore” in the app to bring a purchase back on a new phone.

7. The Friday Deck

While Pro is active, a new deck arrives every Friday evening (from 18:00 your phone’s time) and earlier Friday decks stay available. Decks are written by our team and with the help of AI, then checked before they go out. We may change a deck’s theme, skip a week in exceptional cases, or change the schedule with notice in the app.

8. The AI Deck Maker

Pro can describe a night in a few words and get a custom pair of dice written by an AI model. The result is generated automatically and can be odd or off; you can edit anything before saving. Requests and results pass through filters that keep decks suggestive rather than explicit and refuse anything involving minors, non-consent, violence or other harmful themes. Don’t try to get around them. There is a daily limit to keep the service fair.

9. Fair Use

Don’t try to break, reverse-engineer, overload or abuse the app, its rooms or its AI features, and don’t use them to harass anyone. We may rate-limit or block use that does.

10. Our Content, Your Content

The app, its decks, dares and design are ours, and RiekApps grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Dirty Dice on devices you own or control. Decks you write are yours; we claim no ownership of them.

11. Availability

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Decks and features may be added, changed or removed in later versions. Rooms, the Friday deck and the AI deck maker need an internet connection.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the extent the law allows, RiekApps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything that happens while you act out a dare, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you have consumer rights in your country, these terms do not take them away.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.

14. Changes

If these terms change meaningfully, we’ll say so in the app before the change applies and publish the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Dirty Dice means you accept the update.
