Common questions
Restore a purchase
Open Settings → Restore Purchases, or tap Restore on the unlock screen. Dirty Dice asks the store which purchases belong to you, so make sure the phone is signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account you bought with. Still missing? Email riekapps@gmail.com with the order number from your store receipt.
Cancel Dirty Dice Pro
Subscriptions are managed by the store, not inside the app. On Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dirty Dice → Cancel subscription. Cancel at least a day before the renewal date; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it, and refunds follow Google’s rules. Decks you made stay on your phone.
Play apart on a video call
Open the Apart tab, type your name, pick a deck and tap Create a room. Send the 6-character code or the invite link to your partner; they open Apart → I have a code (or just tap the link). Joining is free for your partner, and the decks you have unlocked are the ones you can host. Rooms close by themselves after 24 hours.
My partner can’t join the room
Check that both phones are online and that the code is typed exactly (letters and numbers, no spaces). Codes expire when the room ends, so create a new room if it has been a while. If your partner has an older version, ask them to update Dirty Dice from the store first.
Make your own dice
Open the Your dice tab and tap New deck. Write the moves on the action die and the places on the body die; every move meets every place, so 6 × 6 faces make 36 dares. Free play includes one deck with up to 6 faces per die. Unlocking or Pro gives you up to 20 faces per die and as many decks as you like.
Where is this week’s Friday deck?
Friday decks come with Dirty Dice Pro. Each one opens at 18:00 on Friday, your phone’s time, and shows first on the Play tab with a “New this Friday” badge. If it hasn’t appeared, open the app while online and check that Pro is active (Settings → Restore Purchases). Older Friday decks stay in the carousel while Pro is active.
The AI deck maker said no
Dirty Dice keeps things suggestive rather than explicit, so the AI deck maker turns down ideas with explicit words or anything involving minors, non-consent or harm. Describe the mood or the setting instead, for example “hotel weekend” or “rainy night in, slow and sweet”. There is also a daily limit; if you reach it, try again tomorrow.
Discreet notifications
Evening reminders are discreet by default: the text on your lock screen never hints at what the app is. You can switch this in Settings → Discreet notifications. If reminders don’t arrive, check that notifications are allowed for Dirty Dice in your phone’s settings, and that battery saver isn’t restricting the app.
Change the language
Dirty Dice speaks 14 languages. Go to Settings → Language and pick one; the decks, the app and your reminders switch to it.
Delete my data
There is no account. Your decks, players and settings live on your phone and are removed when you uninstall the app. Rooms are deleted automatically within 48 hours. To delete messages you sent us through Contact us, email riekapps@gmail.com and we will do it within 7 days.
Report a problem or suggest a deck
Use Settings → Contact Us or Request a feature in the app, or write to riekapps@gmail.com. Mention your phone model and what you were doing when it went wrong. A real person reads every message, and replies come back inside the app.
