VidSave – Terms of Use

Key Points
- Only download content you own or have permission to save. You are responsible for what you download.
- VidSave saves direct links to video and image files. It does not download from YouTube, and it never breaks encryption or copy protection.
- The app is free with ads. Remove ads is a single payment through Google Play, not a subscription.
- The app is provided as it is. Sites change, and a link that works today may not work tomorrow.

1. This Agreement
These terms are between you and RiekApps and cover the VidSave app for Android. Installing or using the app means you accept them; if you do not, uninstall it. Downloading the app from Google Play is also governed by Google Play's terms.
2. Licence To Use The App
RiekApps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use VidSave on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
3. Content You Download
- VidSave is a tool for saving files you are allowed to keep: your own videos, files shared with you for download, and content published under a licence that permits it.
- Do not use VidSave to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy, or to break a website's terms. RiekApps does not host, select or review the files you download and is not responsible for them.
- VidSave refuses YouTube links and protected or encrypted streams, and does not support links to social media posts.

4. Ads And The Remove Ads Purchase
- The free version shows ads, including an optional short ad before a save. Your first save is free of that ad.
- Remove ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It removes ads for the Google account that bought it, on every device signed in to that account, for as long as the app is offered.
- Payments, refunds and purchase restores are handled by Google Play under its policies.
5. Availability And Changes
Downloads depend on third-party sites that can change or block access at any time. RiekApps may update, change or discontinue the app, and does not promise that any particular link or site will work.
6. Limitation Of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, RiekApps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data or storage, or for content you download. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.
