1. This Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and RiekApps covering the Vibrator vibration massage app for Android. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. The Privacy Policy explains how the app handles data — briefly: it collects none.
2. Licence To Use The App
RiekApps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app or its vibration patterns and audio, except where the law permits it regardless of this clause. The app, its design, its waveforms and its sounds remain the property of RiekApps.
3. A Relaxation Aid, Not A Medical Device
The app plays vibration patterns for relaxation and general well-being. It is not a medical device, makes no therapeutic claims, and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice or care. If you have a medical condition, an implanted device such as a pacemaker, or any doubt about whether vibration is suitable for you, ask a medical professional before using it.
4. Safe Use And Your Hardware
The app drives your phone’s own vibration motor. Sensible use is your responsibility:
- Take breaks during long sessions, and stop if your device becomes uncomfortably warm or if use becomes unpleasant.
- Use the session timer rather than leaving continuous vibration running unattended.
- Make sure vibration is enabled in your system settings — the app cannot override a system-level silence.
Vibration motors vary enormously between phones. How strong, precise or quiet the experience is depends on your hardware, and some devices cannot reproduce fine amplitude differences at all. Sustained vibration also uses battery. None of this is within RiekApps’ control, and the app is provided on that understanding.
5. The Free Tier
The free tier includes a selection of vibration patterns, speeds and soundscapes and a 5-minute session timer. Locked items are shown with a lock and lead to the Full Access screen. The exact contents of the free tier may change between versions.
6. Full Access
Full Access is a single one-time purchase that unlocks every pattern, speed, soundscape and timer. It is not a subscription: there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. The purchase is billed by Google Play to the Google account that makes it, and can be restored on a device using that same account via “Restore purchases”. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy and may differ between countries and change over time; a change never affects a purchase already made.
7. Refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. RiekApps does not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly, but if something went wrong with your purchase, write to riekapps@gmail.com and we will help you sort it out with Google.
8. Acceptable Use
Use the app only on devices you own or are permitted to use, and only in ways consistent with these terms and applicable law. Do not use the app in a way that could damage a device that is not yours, and do not present the app as making medical or therapeutic claims it does not make.
9. Availability And Changes
The app works offline, so there is no service to go down. RiekApps may still update the app to fix problems, change features, adjust the pattern and sound catalogs, or meet platform requirements, and may stop distributing the app. Because Full Access is unlocked on your device rather than on a server, an installed app keeps working as it is even if distribution ends.
10. Limitation Of Liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiekApps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including battery drain, wear on a vibration motor, or unsuitability of vibration for your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for Full Access.
