Objectif 7 – Terms of Use

1. This Agreement

These terms govern your use of Objectif 7 at objectif7.riekapps.com (the “Service”), provided by RiekApps (“we”). By using the Service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Not The Official Exam

Objectif 7 is an independent practice tool for the writing section (expression écrite) of the TCF Canada. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to France Éducation international (FEI) or CCI Paris Île-de-France. TCF and TCF Canada are trademarks of France Éducation international and are used here only to describe the exam the Service helps you prepare for. The practice topics are original works of RiekApps written in the official format; they are never real exam subjects.

3. Free Practice

Every practice topic with its model answer and useful expressions, the timed simulator and strict word counter, the TCF / TEF Canada score to NCLC calculator and the task guides are free and need no account. AI corrections are not part of the free tier: there are no free corrections.

4. Correction Passes

AI corrections and full 60-minute papers need a pass: a 30-day pass ($19) or a 90-day pass ($39). Each is a single payment processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. The final amount, including any tax for your country, is shown at checkout before you confirm.

A pass is not a subscription: nothing renews and no further charge is made. It starts when the payment is confirmed and ends after its 30 or 90 days. Buying again while a pass is running adds the new days to the current expiry. A pass is personal and tied to one account; it cannot be shared or transferred.

5. Fair Use

A pass includes up to 40 corrections a day and 600 corrections over the life of the pass. These limits are far above normal exam preparation and exist to prevent automated or shared use.

6. Refunds

If something went wrong (a double charge, or corrections not working for you), write to riekapps@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right, including a refund. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. A refund, or a dispute decided against us, removes the days that order added to your pass.

7. Accounts

An account is created by signing in with Google or an email sign-in link. You are responsible for access to the email address you use. You may delete your account, your texts, your corrections and your order records at any time from the account page; deleting the account ends any running pass.

8. What The Marks Mean

Each correction gives an estimated mark out of 20 on five criteria and the matching NCLC level. These are produced by an AI model and are estimates. They can be wrong, they are not official TCF Canada results, and they do not predict the result you will obtain in the official exam. No body, including Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, accepts them as proof of language ability.

Use the corrections to find and fix weaknesses. We do not promise a particular mark, NCLC level or immigration outcome.

9. Our Content And Your Texts

The topics, model answers, guides and software are the property of RiekApps and are licensed to you for personal practice only. You may not copy, scrape, resell or publish them. The texts you write are yours; you give us only the permission needed to store them in your history and send them for correction. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptable Use

Do not share an account or a pass, automate requests, resell corrections or access, attempt to bypass the pass or the fair-use limits, or overload the Service. Abuse such as sharing accounts, automated use or reselling can end a pass.

11. Availability And Changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, add or remove features, topics and the AI model used. These terms may change; the current version is always on this page with its effective date.

12. Limitation Of Liability

The Service is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, RiekApps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the outcome of any exam, immigration application or test, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your passes. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to RiekApps’ place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
