How to use the 75 Hard tracker
- Set day 1. It starts today; change the date if you began earlier.
- Tick each task as you finish it. A day with all six ticked turns yellow.
- Watch the run. The streak counts full days in a row, because one miss on 75 Hard means day 1 again.
- Print it for the wall. Everything you have ticked so far comes out ticked.
The 75 Hard rules
- Two 45-minute workouts a day, and one of them outdoors.
- Follow a diet, with no alcohol and no cheat meals.
- Drink a gallon of water (about 3.8 litres).
- Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book.
- Take a progress photo.
Miss any one of them, on any day, and you start again at day 1. That restart is the point of 75 Hard and the reason most people never finish it.
If 75 Hard is too much
75 Soft is the version most people actually finish: one workout, 3 litres of water, 10 pages of any book, drinks only on social occasions, and no restart. Doing it for the winter? See how Winter Arc compares with 75 Hard.
Prefer a blank printable?
Our 75 day challenge tracker printable is a 5-page PDF for any version of the challenge, with a 75-day streak to colour in.
Common questions
Is this 75 Hard tracker free?
Yes. It runs in your browser with no account and no download. Your ticks are saved on this device, in this browser.
Can I print a 75 Hard tracker?
Yes. "Print my tracker" gives you an A4 landscape sheet with a row for each of the six tasks and a box for every one of the 75 days, with your ticks so far already filled in.
What happens if I miss a day of 75 Hard?
Under the 75 Hard rules you start again at day 1. Set a new day 1 here and the streak starts over; the "in a row" count shows how long your current run is.
Is there an easier version?
75 Soft keeps one 45-minute workout, 3 litres of water and 10 pages of any book, lets you drink socially and never sends you back to day 1. Switch to it with the 75 Soft button above.
Is there a 75 Hard tracker app?
Bloom, our challenge tracker for iPhone and Android, has reminders, progress photos and a streak. Its built-in challenges are gentler than 75 Hard, and you can set the six 75 Hard tasks as your own rules.
